The document must include the product type, quantity, delivery date, and buyer information.

1.2 The product(s) to be returned

According to the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for daily consumables (food, beverages, etc.). Products with expired shelf life and spoiled fresh products cannot be returned. Apart from these, products purchased online or from our stores can be returned without any reason, provided that they are unused, undamaged, complete, unopened in original packaging, and undamaged without packaging. Products that have been damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

1.3 Other Conditions and Shipping Fees

The product must be delivered within 15 days, complete, undamaged, and with all accessories. Delivery can be made via Yurtiçi Kargo for free or by personally bringing it to any of our stores.

Once the product is received and meets the return conditions, it will be processed. The refund for approved returns will be reflected in your account within 10 business days. This process is entirely dependent on your bank, and our company has no authority to interfere with your bank. For products paid in cash, you must provide the IBAN and the name of the account holder. The account holder must be the same as the person who purchased the product. Refunds will not be made to other people’s accounts.

The product(s) must only be sent via contracted shipping companies. Products sent by other shipping companies will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders that have been shipped or are in the process of being packed cannot be canceled.
